I am a recent MFA recipient from the University of Houston where I wrote my thesis on applying Jungian personality theory to type form, entitled "Language As Typography." I worked as a professional for 15 years prior to grad school. I am also interested in environmental typography and relief printing, letterpress and printmaking. Fate has decreed (long but good story) that I will be moving to LeRoy, NY with hopes of finding a position in higher education or museum/gallery work. I've been an AIGA student member for three years and hope to continue that relationship in upstate, NY. I'm looking forward to the move and new environment. Hello everyone. My name is David Damico.
