We are currently seeking an experienced, creative and multi-talented Graphic Designer / Art Director for a full-time position.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in different media. They will have excellent creative and conceptual graphic design skills. They can take a project from concept to completion, and take a lead role in the development of brand, look and feel. They will have experience managing brand in a variety of media, including print, outdoor, television and online.

Perhaps they’ve even helped art-direct a TV commercial, or produce a stunning website, or sculpt a piece of outdoor commercial art! They understand visual communication, and have the skills to apply that knowledge

They will have experience guiding and promoting the growth of junior designers and production designers. They can art direct, teach and guide. They understand the principles of graphic design, grid based design, page flow, and the direction of the eye. They can clearly communicate why a design works or doesn’t work, and can work with the internal team and with clients to help them understand the right course of action, and help them avoid making design mistakes.

They will be the keeper of the brand for many of our clients. They’ll have direct contact with Clients, and will have exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5 year degree in Graphic Design/Fine Arts.
• At least 5 years combined professional experience.
• Client side experience
• Experience directing managing others.
• Multimedia experience (Print, TV, Web etc)
• Proficiency in the latest design software.

This is a full-time position.

The normal work-week is 40 hours, and there’s a lot of flexibility as to when those hours are worked. Want to take Thursday afternoon off for a round of golf? No problems.
