We’re looking for community members with a passion for design, vision for our community, and drive to make things happen. Are you ready?
AIGA Upstate New York is run by an all-volunteer board of local members — designers and creative professionals just like you. Directors are solicited by nominations, often recruited after volunteering for an event or serving on a committee. Nominate yourself or someone you know by filling out a nomination form now. Open positions include:
- Vice President
- Communication Director
- Web Director
- Partnership/Sponsorship Director
- Albany Programming
- Buffalo Programming
- Rochester Programming
- Syracuse Programming
- Programming Coordinators (all other areas)
- Scholarship Chair
- Volunteer Coordinator
Board members should have a passion for our design community, but do not need to be designers. We strive to maintain a diverse volunteer base that includes writers, developers, content strategists, development or fundraising specialists, project managers, and business owners.
